Rotarians Lucie Hatch and Phil Smith were the guest speakers at this week's meeting and shared with the club the key dates and objectives for the 2026 Annual Auction Extravaganza. A few of the key timelines were 3/1/2026 for Sponsorship commitments and full payment and 3/19/2026 to obtain and bring in auction items so Phil will be able to catalog the items and Dru will collect and store until Auction day. It was noted that the online auction will be held 4/2/2026-4/16/2026. The url for this year's auction will be www.32auctions.com/sacobayrotary2026 . The auction is our club's largest annual fundraiser with all the proceeds going back directly to the community. We are looking forward to a fun event and encourage all Rotarians to get involved this year with soliciting auction items and sharing the live event date with family and friends.
