We are sad to say good bye to our long time friend and Fellow Rotarian, James Cartier. Jim was one of our Charter Members and Past President of our Club (2001-2002). Jim was a veteran, serving in the U.S. Army from 1957-1959. Jim's full Obituary can be seen HERE
