Port Resources/Achieving Independence in Maine (AIM) program

Welcome Stu Simon, Director of Development for Port Resources, a local non-profit organization that provides young adults and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges supportive programs and services speaking about Achieving Independence in Maine (AIM) program. AIM is a transitional housing program for young adults on the Autism Spectrum who are in their developmental "launching" years. AIM's goal is to help these individuals develop the necessary functional, social and life skills to be able to live independently in the community.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine

Always interested in having more mentors, Casey Hartford, Director of Community Engagement and Communications with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine will be addressing the club on their program and iniuatives. Currently havin over a dozen children waiting to be matched with a mentor in Southern Maine with a steady stream applying all the time.
